Sithembele started as a Technician at Telkom in 1999 and moved up the ranks until he was a Specialist of IP Networks managing ISPs and Corporate Client Internet Services. He is currently an MD at Folo Broadband (Pty) Ltd and Head Instructor at Folo Broadband Academy. FB-Acad is a Training Division of Folo Broadband (Pty) Ltd.
